2023 Anoka Highlights:
Thank you to all of the volunteers, Angel's, and the amazing community that made the 2023 Anoka Angel program such an success! Over 1100+ individuals were served from the Anoka Angel program! We truly felt the love from everyone involved, we couldn't have done it without YOU!
2023 Sherburne Highlights:
Thanks to our volunteers who helped make this another successful year!! We gifted 180 clients. Many thanks to Guardian Angels for the use of their meeting room at Angel Ridge for drop off and pick up. So many complimentary comments from our Angels thanking us for this program and that they loved being an Angel and look forward to next year!

Angel Program
That's a wrap on the 2023 Angel program - thank you to all who made it such a success! We served over 1,300 individuals across Sherburne and Anoka county. Amazing!! Excited for what 2024 will bring!
Our Christmas Angel Program is our biggest event of the year! Many of our clients are secluded, living on budgets of less than $100/month, or have simply outlived their friends and family, meaning Christmas can be a sad and difficult time of year for them. That's where we come in.
Here's how it works: Our senior and disabled adult clients, with the help of their case manager or residential facility coordinator, fill out a wish list. These lists are sent to Granny's and then we match the wishes to Angels (YOU!) who anonymously purchase and wrap the presents. We ask clients to keep their wish lists in the $25-50 range. Clients typically ask for things like clothing, towels, sheets, blankets, body wash & lotion sets, hats & gloves, arts & crafts items, special treats, etc.
We truly appreciate everyone who made this happen for our senior and adults with disabilities clients. You make us proud to be part of such a wonderful community!
