UPDATE: We had a fantastic turnout on April 4th. Thank you to everyone that came to help raise money for Granny's Closet. Our volunteers were able to engage with current supporters as well as share information about Granny's with new supporters. We are continually amazed by the love we receive!

WOW!!! We have some amazing supporters! Thank you to Target and the Target volunteers for putting together these great comfort kits for our clients. Each bag contained hats, gloves, socks and a variety of personal care items. We are grateful that Tammy R. organized this and choose to give it donate the comfort kits to Granny's Closet! What a fantastic surprise!
ST. CROIX LUTHERAN ACADEMY
A huge thank you to the Student Council members at St. Croix Lutheran Academy. They organized a VERY successful cleaning supply drive for Granny's Closet!! We are very grateful for getting our shelves stocked up for our clients by this great group!!!

Granny's Closet got a happy Friday surprise! Thank you to the Church of St. William in Fridley! They made a huge cleaning supply donation to Granny's Closet. We are very thankful for donations like these to keep our shelves stocked and ready for our clients.
2021 ANGEL PROGRAM
Our 2021 Angel Program is complete! 3 days, 20 volunteers, 500+ Angels/shoppers, 1,091 clients and OVER THREE THOUSAND PRESENTS!! We appreciate everyone who came together to make this happen for our senior and adults with disabilities clients, and you make us proud to be part of such a wonderful community!!
After a 2 year hiatus due to Covid our Spring Baskets are back!! We have a team ready to put together some bright and cheery baskets that will be given to some of our Anoka County Community Action Program clients. A majority of these clients are seniors who still live independently so these baskets will be filled with our most requested necessity items along with a few fun things!
HOW CAN YOU HELP?? Over the next two weeks we’ll be collecting items at the Anoka Warehouse during our regular donation days and times. WHAT DO WE NEED?? Basics such as: small packs of toilet paper (4pk), tissues, single roll paper towels, small dish soap, small laundry detergent, dryer sheets, Clorox/Lysol wipes, general purpose cleaner and sponges. Fun items such as: crosswords, word finds, adult coloring books and colored pencils, note cards, kitchen towels, small spring/summer trinkets, candy.
